PU15 Pellet Boiler Installation

Simon Atkinson contacted North Wales Biomass to enquire about upgrading his heating system. A free and no obligation site survey was conducted shortly after. We listened to his thoughts and ideas and offered advice on how and what could be done to best suit his needs. A detailed proposal was sent and accepted, and the installalation was completed in the Summer of 2023. 2 Years on, we approached Simon with some questions about his experience. Here are his answers!

1. Why did you choose North Wales Biomass for your new biomass boiler installation?
I had previously contacted two other potential installers for a new pellet based biomass system, but neither inspired sufficient confidence for me to engage them. I found North Wales Biomass via Google and I found Tom extremely responsive, professional, knowledgeable and the price was reasonable. In short he inspired the confidence that was lacking with the other companies that I talked to.

2. ⁠How did you find the experience of working with North Wales Biomass, before, during and after the installation?
The experience of working with North Wales Biomass was very good. The installation went very smoothly and was completed in around a week. I appreciated that North Wales Biomass were willing to listen to my inputs about what I was looking for and did not try to push a system on to me that was not suitable for my needs. I found Tom and his team to excellent, professional and hard working. Any minor niggles were quickly ironed out and I am delighted with the end result.

3. ⁠How is your new ETA biomass boiler performing so far?
The new ETA biomass boiler has performed flawlessly for around two years now.

4. Overall, ⁠how happy are you with the end result?
I am delighted with the end result. It is a substantial improvement over the old log based wood boiler that I had previously and works with very low maintenance and effort.

5. ⁠Would you recommend North Wales Biomass to your friends and colleagues?
Absolutely and I already have done!
